Review
Attractive Clock is a shareware application designed to help us decorate our desktop with an analog clock and a calendar. The clock appearance can be changed at ease. We can also change the size of the clock, position, and the colors of the clock hands (hour/minute/second).
There is a large number of skins to suit our preferences. We can find some inventive skin designs that are quite different from "standard" ones: for instance, one that displays the Manchester United soccer team logo, another suitable for children, one featuring the periodic table of elements, etc. We can preview even more skins, which are available for downloading at no extra cost from the developer's site. It is possible to choose to display the clock with or without calendar, choose to start the week with Monday or Sunday, and set to display Saturdays and Sundays (or just Sundays) as holidays in red color. We can add this program to our Windows startup, drag the clock anywhere we like around our desktop, access the clock/settings through the program's icon in the system tray, etc. The free evaluation version remains fully functional for two weeks. |
